Food warming lights have been a popular choice of lighting fixtures in the our kitchen these days. They are normally found in restaurants, bistros, and cafes. Now, several of my friends' and relatives' kitchen is adorned with food warming lights which come in different colors, sizes and shapes. Well, food warming lights are quite lovely. It gives your kitchen a unique design. It does not only keep your kitchen illuminated but it also keep your gourmet dishes warm. As the famous saying goes, "Keep cold foods cold, and keep hot foods hot."

However, not many of us has the luxury of eating warm food warm or cold foods cold. Due to our busy schedule, we hardly even touch our kitchen to cook our food. More often than not, most of us are even too tired to cook our own meal after work. This is one of the main reasons why restaurants, cafes and bistros are almost everywhere. I admit that I am one of those people who survived through take out foods or microwaved heated foods. Take out foods are alright. But nothing beats home cooked meals which I often missed. Microwaved heated dishes are also alright. But then again, just like take out food, they do not taste as good as those freshly cooked meals. Fortunately, these food warming lights have made our lives easier. These food warming lights can maintain the warmth of the dishes prepared. These commercial lighting fixtures are less expensive compared to chaffing dishes.

Amazingly, I found myself ordering one of these lovely food heat lamps for my kitchen island. They are not only decorative but they are also beneficial. It would not be a problem keeping all the warm dishes warm in the near future. These lamps will also do great during special occasions. I do not need to rent or buy chaffing dishes. These lamps are enough.

Kitchen To Love

 

I have seen a number of great kitchen designs in the past. Each of these kitchen designs are as unique and extraordinarily beautiful as the other. I have even used one of those kitchen designs as my inspiration for my own kitchen. One of those beautiful kitchens which will really catch your attention belongs to our neighbor down the street. There is nothing ordinary about the furnishing they used. Each is highly expensive and made from high quality materials. Each furnishing complements the other. Their interior decorator really did a great job in designing their kitchen.

I love the lighting fixtures the most. The lighting fixtures they used are not the typical lighting fixtures used in most kitchens. I have seen these type of lighting fixtures before. They are popularly used in the cafes, bistros and bars. I have also seen these Vapor-Tight Pendant Light in the storage cell at my aunt's restaurants. I was told that these are customized Vapor-Tight Pendant Light. They have customized the cord used to hang the lamp, the jar color as well as the base. From I know, anything that is customized comes with a price. They have also changed the bulb of Vapor-Tight Pendant Light to LED or light-emitting diode, an energy saving light bulb which are populary used these days by commercial and residential establishment because they are not only eco-friendly, they also can cut down your electric bills. 

 

 

While others spend much for their bedroom and living, others spend a fortune for their kitchen. I am not usually a kitchen person. But seeing my neighbor's unique kitchen design makes me think twice. Even my mom loves it. But then again, she loves her kitchen more.

My Bestfriend's Beach Wedding

Marriage is a must-celebrated occasion for every couple. It is not only about the joining families, traditions and beliefs. It is also about the joining of souls of two star-struck lovers. Just yesterday, I have witnessed the marriage between my two good friends. For several years their marriage is always put on hold because of some issues between their families. Everybody breathed a sigh of relief when finally the issue has been fixed.

Their beach wedding is nothing but perfect. They decided to do it at sunset. We were against it at first since sunsets imply sadness or goodbyes. But they gave sunset a different meaning. I suppose that's because of the immeasurable joy radiating on their faces as they walk down the the landscape lighted aisle. The wedding place is very beautiful with different blooming flowers all over the wedding place and wedding reception. Landscape lights such as Round Top Pagoda which are popularly used to decorate gardens must have helped beautify the wedding place. There are other landscape lights which are artistically installed all over the place for beautification and safety as well. These landscape lights is a beauty itself. It is a must have commercial lighting fixture.

 

Marriage is a work in progress. We all wish them the best as they start a new chapter in their life as man and wife. It may not be easy. They may encounter so many ups and downs in the future.  But with the guidance and support of their families and friends, I am sure that they will be able to make this marriage work.

Lighting Fixtures To Brighten Your Yard

I have not seen so many lighting fixtures such as my cousin's new home. Her house is not only the brightest house in their neighborhood, it is also the brightest house I have seen in this lifetime so far. Almost all corners of her house has a beautiful lighting fixture installed. But the most beautiful part of their house is their yard. It seems that she really spent her savings in the landscape, garden and lighting fixtures.

The lighting fixtures which brighten their yard are not any other commercial lighting fixtures. A few weeks ago she surprised me with the Shepherd Hook Wall Fixture with Acrylic Globe. I thought that was all. But then she added a few more commercial lighting fixtures. Commercial landscape lighting such as the Three-Tier Pagoda Light and the Round Hooded Step Light are artfully placed in their yard and pathways. These Commercial landscape lighting did not only make their yard the brightest but the safest as well. She did this for the benefit of her kids who love playing in their yard even at night. It is also for her benefit since she spend most of her time in their yard. She and her kids would usually have their meal under a huge tree in their yard. She is even planning to build a tree house where they could entertain their guests. But in spite of all these lighting fixtures, her electric bill does not skyrocket. She made sure that all these commercial lamps uses LED  (light emitting diode) light bulbs. These are not only cost efficient but also energy efficient.

It may sound an overkill to have so many lighting fixtures turned on every night. But I understood why she had these commercial landscape lighting installed in their yard. It made her and her kids secure. On top of these she also had solar-powered commercial lamps if in case there is power outage. For other people, this is impractical, but for her, it is security.

Remembering My Grandfather

Death is inevitable. It knows no age, religion, fame or status. Sadly, there will come a day that it will come to us or to the people we love unannounced to take our life. The only way for us to live is learn to accept that they have reached the end of the road. It is never easy but there is nothing that time cannot heal. 

Visiting my grandfather's grave used to bring us so much pain. After seven long years we have learned to accept his inevitable death. We all know that he is in a better place now. He is forever free from pain, problems and worries. God must have love him a lot to relieve him from all these. There is nothing much that we could do for him but pray. It is also a good thing that the private cemetery where we laid him to rest is well maintained. The landscape is also beautiful and clean. The private cemetery is also complete with amenities which includes the playground. It is probably very unlikely for cemeteries to have a playground but we greatly appreciate this. It has a park like atmosphere which is kind of comforting. Spending the night here is also not that scary. That's because of all the beautiful decorative commercial lighting fixtures such as the floodlights and street lights which illuminate the entire cemetery. These decorative street lights are normally seen in our favorite cafes, plazas, and subdivision. We are all pleased that they have used these decorative street lights not only to brighten the cemetery but also to adorn it. These had somehow brighten our moods.

Losing my grandfather brought us grief and pain. He was very dear to us. He may have left us body and soul. But I know that where ever he is, he is watching us from afar.

Traditional Wall Sconces For Your Home

Chic and elegant traditional wall sconces never go out of style. My cousin surprised me last night with Shepherd Hook Wall Fixture with Acrylic Globe she had installed at her new home. These new lighting fixtures are perfect for outdoors as they provide efficient lighting. I cannot believe she bought these traditional wall sconces. She had too many lighting sconces which are not even installed yet. But I cannot blame her for buying these new lamps. The Shepherd Hook Wall Fixture with Acrylic Globe is absolutely gorgeous. If I do not have one too many lighting fixtures at home, I would definitely buy this lamp too.

These traditional wall sconces which surround the exterior of her home is a perfect decoration as well. I love its intricate and unique design. What is good about this new lamp is that it is heat resistant which is an important feature especially if you want to have this lighting fixture turned on all night long. According to her, this new lighting fixture is not only rust resistant, it is also shatter resistant. She is not sure though, if it is child proof as well. But that is something we do not want to check if it is true or not. It would be a waste to see these lamps break into pieces if it is not true.
 

With these new lighting fixtures illuminating her house, her house is the brightest in their neighborhood. She had no regrets buying these new lighting fixtures even after knowing that these lamps may not be child proof. She is just happy that she and her kids could spend time outdoors even at night without any worries. Her kids just like her love to have dinner outside their home. Moreover, she is also planning to have her housewarming party outside their home.

My Cousin's Loom Band Shop

 

A few weeks ago, my family and I celebrated the inauguration of my aunt and uncle's bakeshop. Now, it is my cousin's loom band shop. It seems that everything is going smoothly. Customers are coming in to check and buy her loom band creations. Young and old alike are wearing her loom bands. Who wouldn't? The designs are unique and cute. I have seen how she has burnt the midnight oil working on her loom bands. 

Finally, we are celebrating with her, the inauguration of her first loom band shop. We are all happy for her that she was able to take the risk of opening her own business. I suppose she had listened to all our encouragements this time. Her happiness is all over the place from the time the ribbon is cut until the gooseneck lights were lit to brighten the signage of her shop. The signage is quite attractive and unique. She had made sure that the colors are attractive enough even for the big kids or the young at heart. With the gooseneck lights lighting the signage, everyone will be able to notice the shop as they pass by. She had specifically requested for  galvanized finished and cast guard with frosted glass gooseneck lights to give her new store a unique and classic appeal.

We all know that the road towards success has does not stop her. She needs to work hard to ensure the success of her loom band shop. We all hope and pray that she will succeed in her chosen field.
