No More Scary Dental Clinics

Every child is afraid of going to the dental clinic. Even adults like us feel the same way. Most of us prefer to suffer the torture of having a toothache than visiting our dentist. I admit than I am one of those people who would rather suffer the pain of having a toothache than attend my dental appointment. Just the thought of visiting my dentist makes me anxious. I am sure that I am not alone.

Somehow several dental clinics were able to do something about it. They try to make our dental visits a much comfortable one most especially for kids by changing the image of dental clinics. Walls are now beautifully painted and decorated with our favorite cartoon characters or. The last time I paid my dentist a visit, it still looks scary with its usual white wall and boring lights. Now it is like stepping into another dimensional space. It looks fun and exciting. The walls are different. The seats are awesome and cool. Even the commercial lighting fixtures such as the pendant light fixture and the sconce light make a difference to the room. The commercial lighting fixtures look amazing as they effectively illuminate the rooms as well as provide aesthetic beauty to the clinic. The interior designer did an amazing job changing the image of the dental clinic by mixing beautiful wall arts and unique commercial lighting fixtures. I just love the way it looks. Somehow, I forgot that I am inside the dental clinic waiting for the verdict of my "ailing right molar".

Dental clinics as well as any other treatment facilities should not be scary. Thankfully, the traditional look of treatment facilities are slowly changing into something more fun and exciting. This type of image in treatment facilities seems to effectively deviate the patients attention. It makes the patients more at ease and comfortable. Unlike before, visiting dental clinics and other treatment facilities is something to look forward to.

The Beauty Of River Esplanade At Night

It always feels great every time I visit my paternal grandmother. I love the fresh air and the serenity which can only be experienced in the country. Besides, it always feels like home at my grandmother's home. I wish I could go home to her everyday. However, because of work, I cannot see her as much as I want to. I asked her several times to live with me but she would often tell me that the city life is not for her. She hates the noise. She also dislikes the busy city life.  But if there is one thing that she like about living in the city, that would be the river esplanade.
The river esplanade has been one of the greatest attractions in the city lately. Aside from the wonderful garden and the clean river, the place is clean. It is also free from smoke and garbage. The “No Smoking” sign, "No Littering" sign and other warning signs which will destroy the beauty of the river esplanade can be seen almost everywhere. Anyone who is caught violating will be sent to jail and will be fined a huge sum of money. Thankfully, nobody dared litter nor smoke anywhere near the esplanade. But I guess that is not the reason why nobody dared violate the rules. In my opinion, the place is too awesome to be violated.

The river esplanade is even more awesome at night. Outdoor commercial lighting fixtures such as the landscape lights, step lights and pole lights are strategically placed in the garden, waiting sheds, and walkways which transforms the entire river esplanade into a real beauty at night. There are also outdoor commercial lighting fixtures along the river bank for everyone’s safety and protection. The entire place almost look magical as all of the outdoor commercial lighting fixtures are lighted up all at once. When my grandmother was still strong enough, she loves walking along the river esplanade with the entire family as it brings peace to her heart. I understand how she feels because I feel the same way too every time I walk the length of the river esplanade.

Lighting Fixtures That We Cannot Live Without

http://www.architectdesignlighting.com/gooseneck-lights/gooseneck-lighting-by-arm-extension.html

Lighting fixtures is a necessity which we cannot live without. We are so used to these lighting fixtures that majority of us find it hard to imagine a place without it. The thought of not having any of these lighting fixtures illuminating and giving beauty to our surroundings at night sounds scary even to the adults as we all know that most criminals strike at night or when the place does not have any lighting fixtures or security system.

However there are still some places in this world that live without the luxury of these commercial lighting fixtures as well as residential lighting fixtures such as my grandmother’s birthplace. They have nothing but these lamps which are fueled by kerosene to light their homes every night with the exception of those who belong in the middle class and upper class who have electric generator or solar panels to run their house. I felt small next to them. They have so much to complain about but surprisingly they are happy. Compared to their problem, slow internet connection is just a tip of an iceberg. At first I thought that they are like that because they have no ambition of improving their lifestyle but I was wrong. Every family in that small community is in fact saving to buy solar panels which will at least provide enough energy to power up one or two lamps. In their neighboring community, almost everyone is using solar panels which power ups their lighting fixtures. But road lights are still a problem since there are a lot of things which need to be considered such as budget from the government.

My two days and one stay at my grandmother’s birthplace taught me a few things. I learned to appreciate the things I have - even the slow internet connection. I also complained less. Most importantly, I learned to value the solar panel operated lamp post which lights our yard every night.

The Keys To Success

In order to raise good children we need to provide them the basic necessities such as food, shelter and clothing. As parents or parent it is also our duty to send them to a good school, provide them financial and emotional security, shower them with tons of love and guide them as they grow older. Perhaps every responsible parents or parent has his or her own checklist in good parenting. Since every child is unique they should be treated uniquely as well. But the outcome is still the same and that is to bring up good, responsible, successful and loving children.

The same thing goes if you are running a business. Any businessman who wants their business venture to be successful follow the same objective. They provide everything necessary for the success of their products or businesses. They conduct research and other marketing strategies such as advertising and promotions to keep their business afloat. They also provide security by adding alarm systems, closed-circuit television cameras or CCTV cameras, commercial lighting fixtures and security guards. You are not only securing your business but you are also helping your community. Business owners should also guide their employees and ensure that they are well-paid, have a good working condition and are treated well.

However their are also times that in spite of our hard work we still encounter some drawbacks. But then again everybody fails. Rome is not built in a day. It takes a lot of patience and perseverance in order to be successful. Successful businessmen like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates faced several rejections before. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were nobodies before their names were written in Forbes list of the world's wealthiest people. As what the late and former Prime MinisterWinston Churchill said, “Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.”
