Advertise Good

Creativity alone is not enough in attracting customers to your store. It also takes wit, planning, research and strategy. Competition is tough and companies will only hire the best advertising agency and those advertisers who can influence the nation. In my previous blog I mentioned something about how advertising agencies use the power of media to hypnotize us into buying the products their company is promoting. I also mentioned about some ads which creates an environmental impact and raises social awareness. One of these advertising agencies which aims in creating the world a better place through advertising is Barkley.

They believe that good is a strategy and thoughtful and use good in their advertisements. They are among the few advertising agencies which does not focus in "hypnotizing" the public to buying alone but in creating happiness as well. We need advertisers like them considering how some advertisers will do anything, even disregarding values. Let's face it. Some advertisements we saw on television, flyers, outdoor wall mounted banner bracket, billboards or online can be too disturbing, racist, sexist, malicious, promotes violence or warfare, and not fit to be watched by minors. We do not need these type of advertisements showing up anywhere on our television screens, computer monitors or the streets. Bear in mind that as advertisers you have a responsibility to world. Whatever you promote influences us especially the impressionable minds of the younger generations.

Advertisements do not need to be dirty. Business owners who wants their companies or products promoted do need bad advertisements. Perhaps they will receive attention from the public but for how long? In order for a business to grow or flourish they need advertisements or promotions which will uplift not just their company but the morale of their employees. I may not be an expert in the business world but for sure I would buy products from companies who promotes good values.
