Food Heat Lamps For Your Kitchen

We all love delicious food. Even those who claims to be on a strict diet might cheat upon seeing and smelling the mouthwatering and warm food prepared on the table. But I admire those who can. They must have a will of iron in order to resist the temptation of food. But to those who are unable to avoid the urge to eat, do not worry. It is human nature to submit to the sweet temptation of food.

I can very much relate because there are many times when I promised myself to lose weight by dieting and regular exercise. I was on an oatmeal, fruit and protein diet for five days straight when my brother who is staying in another city came home after three long months. That of course calls for a celebration. And that ended my supposed to be one month of oatmeal, fruit and milk strict diet. It reminds me how great it feels to enjoy freshly cooked meals prepared on the table with your family and love ones.

During ordinary days my mom will cook the food early and place it under the food warming light in the kitchen top to keep it warm until we get home for dinner. The food warming light which is often seen in the restaurants and bistros is similar to the other food warmers such as the chaffing dish, food warming cabinets, and warming drawers which helps retain the warmth of the food before it is served. She decided to have this type of lighting installed in our kitchen when one of the ceiling lights went out. According to her, since we often complain how overcooked the meals are after being reheated in the microwave oven, the food warming light which is better since its light is just enough to keep the food warm without overcooking it. But as much as we prefer eating freshly cooked meals, food which are kept warm under food heat lamps are still better than eating cold meals.
